Logexsoft has developed an optimized project and development methodology that is based on a combination of waterfall and rapid prototype approaches. This hybrid strategy involves client participation at critical junction points during each phase of the solution development process.
Logexsoft is moving rapidly toward certification of our hybrid approach for project delivery in the context of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level 4. Our delivery approach is based on utilizing processes and producing outputs based on the following summary diagram of work categories depicted in this diagram.
