Logexsoft’s IT solution delivery services were born out of a need to provide access to forecasting and demand models to a variety of consumers of model output. As a consequence to the level of sophistication needed in these systems, Logexsoft grew the ability to design and build highly efficient and elegant systems that by nature can be used for a variety of purposes outside the traditional supply chain management realm.
The Logexsoft services portfolio includes an ability to engineer and deliver highly complex and scalable information systems that are either directly related to, or independent from supply chain optimization solutions.
Logexsoft is increasingly called upon to deliver IT related solutions that are not specifically linked to supply chain consulting services. Examples of solutions include scorecard and reporting systems, and operational process control systems.
Logexsoft is not limited by using only U.S. based staff; our hybrid approach to onshore/offshore IT services delivery provides clients with an option to utilize a blend of U.S. and offshore resources in order to gain access to highly skilled, lower cost development staff. This option has been successfully utilized on numerous complex projects and refined to yield the best balance between local and remote execution of tasks.
The hybrid approach has been refined over a period of years to optimize balance as well as maintaining overall quality and control by establishing processes, deliverables, and project management methods that cater to the unique nuances of running offshore work. These methods make sure that the promise of cost savings is actualized rather than squandered on inefficiency and errors. All that said, not every project is appropriate for this sort of approach.
